Return and Exchange Policy

Peddler's Mall Jewelry Exchange Inc. (herein reffered as PM Jewelry) is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of our merchandise manufactured in our store and are confident that  you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online, in our store or over the phone for any reason at all, PM Jewelry will refund the item(s) within 15 days or exchange any item(s)within 30 days from the original purchasedate all exchanges are final. The greater of either 25% of the total invoiced amount or the total coast of materials and labor for setting,sizing and otherwise customizing may be deducted from the refund amount. Freight and labor charges will not be refunded. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earrings post from the standard friction to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within Pm Jewelry box. For security reasons do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the package. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate. We recommend the package be returned to us registered mail insured for the amount of the contents.

We will process your return upon receipt of your package. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Upon receipt, we will inspect for damages or excessive wear and tear during the return or exchange period.

All loose diamond solitare pendants, loose diamonds and diamond stud earrings may be exchanged within 90 days from original sale date. After the 90 day period the above mentioned loose items may be exchanged for 80% of the original purchase price if returned undamaged. Freight and labor charges will not be refunded or credited to your exchange item.
